A few quick things before you begin.

The form takes about 15 minutes and is easiest if you have a few details ready before you start.

Before you open the form:

  • You will need a Google account to open and submit the form.
  • Please have a photo of yourself ready to upload.
  • Be ready to share your availability, preferred locations, childcare experience, pay rate, and a short bio.
  • Please prepare 3 childcare references and 1 emergency contact.
  • If you have them, you can also upload certificates, education documents, or other relevant materials.

It does not need to be perfect. Honest, thoughtful answers are what matter most.
